At Gallicodes Technologies FZCO, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns on Digital Products

All sales are final once a license key or software product is delivered. Since these are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges after delivery.


2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (accidental double orders)

  • Incorrect or non-working license key not resolved within 48 hours

  • Failed delivery due to technical issues on our side

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your system (please check requirements before purchasing)

  • Issues caused by incorrect user input during purchase (e.g., wrong email)


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@gallicodes.com within 24 hours of purchase. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Any screenshots or evidence if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Dispute Resolution

If there is any issue with your order, we strongly recommend reaching out to us first at support@gallicodes.com. We’re committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.


5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated. Fraudulent disputes may result in account bans and denial of future services.
